Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This study, including the method of consent, has been approved by the Human Subjects Ethics Subcommittee of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HSEARS2017083000) and the Survey and Behavioural Research Ethics Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (169–17). Students were invited to complete the survey on a voluntary basis. The introduction page of the survey explained: 1) the objective of this study; 2) completion of the survey was on a voluntary basis and respondents could terminate their participation at any time they wanted; 3) All data are confidential and anonymous; and 4) submission of the electronic survey indicated their consent to participate. Informed consents were obtained from all participants by clicking the “submit” button.
