Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics in Central Norway (REK midt 2017/905) and carried out according to the latest revision of the declaration of Helsinki. All participants received written and oral information and signed a consent form before taking part in the study. Participants were informed of their rights to withdraw from the study at any time without having to provide a reason.
