: The study was conducted according to the scientific and ethical principles/standards of the Helsinki Declaration, and was approved and funded by the University of Physical Education in Cracow. Written parental consent for participation of children in growth studies was not required in Poland at the time of the study. As such, only verbal consent was obtained from the parents of participants. The use of verbal/oral consent was also approved by University of Physical Education in Cracow.
