: This study received ethical approval from the Ethical Committee of the Department of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. The approval reference number is MRIIRS/FAHS/PT/2022-23/S-008 dated 7th January 2023. The study design adhered to the guidelines outlined in the revised Helsinki Declaration of Biomedical Ethics, ensuring the ethical treatment of participants and the protection of their rights. Additionally, to ensure transparency and accountability, the study protocol was registered in the clinical trial registry at with the identifier CTRI/2023/05/052750.
