: This study involved 104 male adolescent taekwondo athletes registered with the Korea Taekwondo Association. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study. Before providing their written informed consent, all players were fully informed about the study’s purpose, protocol, associated benefits, and potential risks.
