: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (World Medical Association, 2013) and adhered to the ethical standards for research involving human participants. Ethical approval was obtained from the Health Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the North-West University (Ref: NWU-00176-22-A1), and all participants provided informed consent prior to their involvement in the study. Participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any time without penalty, and all data were anonymised to ensure confidentiality.
