The research protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Chengdu Sport University (Approval Number: CTYLL2024016). Since all participants were minors, dual consent was obtained prior to participation: informed oral consent from the students themselves and informed oral consent from their parents or guardians.
