: All players, coaches, and parents were informed both orally and in writing about the research protocol, requisites, benefits, risks and inclusion criteria and agreed to participate by providing their written consent prior to the start of the experiment, which was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The present study was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of The Ethics Committee of the Hungarian University of Sport Science (TE-KEB/No6/2019), which also approved the study’s institutional approval.
