: This cross-sectional pilot study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Ibaraki Prefectural University of Health Sciences (e306). The study protocol was entered into the UMIN Clinical Trials Registry (UMIN000043343) before participant enrollment began. The nature of the study and the data to be collected were explained in writing and verbally to all participants in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and informed consent was obtained from them via a consent form.
