: Although the present study was conducted on human participants, it is important to note that the subjects were not patients but healthy, trained athletes (soccer players). Therefore, this study did not involve any therapeutic intervention aimed at treating disease, and as a result, it did not fall within the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) definition of a clinical trial and did not require prior registration. However, research ethics approval for the study was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences (Ethics Code: IR.UOK.REC.1403.014), and written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to study entry.This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Kurdistan, affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran (Ethics Code: IR.UOK.REC.1403.014).All participants provided written informed consent before participating in the study.
