: The authors state that all relevant ethical guidelines and principles were carefully considered in the preparation of this scientific article. The conduct of the research, as well as data collection, analysis, and interpretation, was performed in strict adherence to ethical standards. Prior to participation in the quantitative survey, all participants were comprehensively informed about the objectives and purpose of the study, as well as the identity of those conducting the research. They were also provided with detailed information regarding the secure and confidential handling of their data in accordance with data protection regulations. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants had the right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. Participant privacy and confidentiality were fully respected, and appropriate measures were taken to maintain anonymity. Participants provided written informed consent after the study’s objectives were explained to them. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the University of Zabol (Approval No. IR.UOZ.REC.1403.036). This study was registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (IRCT20250527065941N1) on 14/06/2025. This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The study also adheres to the CONSORT guidelines for reporting randomized controlled trials.
