: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki ( ) and approved by the Noninterventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Bitlis Eren University (Meeting Date: 02.01.2025, Decision No: 13, Protocol No: 2024/9). Since all participants were under the age of 16, written informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians prior to participation. In addition, assent was obtained from each child. This study was conducted using a randomized controlled trial design and was reported in accordance with the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) guidelines to ensure methodological transparency and comprehensive reporting.
