: The current project was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethical Committee from the University of Lisbon Faculty of Human Kinetics (CEIFMH, No. 34/2021). This study investigation was conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki, and informed written consent was obtained from all participants after a detailed description of study procedures.
: Data was anonymised by assigning a specific code to each player. The participants were recruited on December 21, 2023, and data collection was completed by December 29, 2023.
