Ethics approval and consent to participate: To conduct the study, a research permit was provided by the “Ethics Commission of the Chamber of Physiotherapy in Kosovo,” Prishtina, Kosovo (date 24.08.2021; number: 38/21) before the commencement of data collection. The study process was designed based on local and international guidelines for a good scientific approach, data protection standards, and Helsinki Declaration on Human Experiments. Before participation, all the athletes were informed about the purpose of the study with a clear explanation of the procedure involved, potential risks and benefits of participation, and their right to withdraw. All participants were required to submit a written informed consent prior to the study and were assured about the confidentiality and anonymity of the data as per established data protection laws.
