Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The School Meal Project obtained ethical clearance from the Norwegian Social Science Services, and the Ethical committee of Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences at the University of Agder. Consent was obtained from a parent or guardian on behalf of any participant under the age of 16. Parents and children were given written information about the project and consented to participate by filling in a written consent form.
