Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the University of Gondar (Ref. No: IPH/2485/2017). Letter of permission was secured from the respective ART clinics of each selected hospitals. Moreover, the confidentiality of information obtained was guaranteed by using code numbers rather than personal identifiers and by keeping the checklist locked. But consent to participate was not applicable.
