Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The research was approved by Ethical Review Committee of College of Health and Medical Sciences, Wollega University (Ref No: NMW/75/2008) and letter of permission was obtained from each school. Written consents were obtained from all the study subjects after explaining the study objectives and procedures of the data collection. Their right to refuse to participate in the study and pulling out any time they want was also ensured in the consent.
