Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval for recruitment into the hospital-based surveillance study was obtained from the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Northern Territory, Darwin, Australia (HREC17-3004) and the Nepal Health Research Council (Reg. no. 60/2018). Consent for participation was collected from all participants during enrolment and before data and sample collection.
