Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The proposal for the study was submitted to the Ethical Review Committee of College of Health and Medical Sciences, Debra Markos University for approval and clearance. Accordingly, the study was checked for its ethical issue and permission letter was obtained. The letter for support was written from the college of medicine and Health Sciences, Debra Markos University to all concerned Hospitals. Before starting the data collection process, written consent was taken from each respondent after they read and signed the consent form.
