Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical clearance was obtained from the School of Midwifery under the delegation from the Ethical Review Board of the University of Gondar. Written consent was obtained from each study participants after informing the objective of the study. For minors under the age of 18 consent was obtained from patients or guardians.
