Ethics approval and consent to participate
: At the beginning of the study, the objectives of the design and method were explained in detail, and written informed consent was obtained from participants The subjects were able to exit the study any time they wanted with no reason. No additional costs, no complications or intervention were imposed on patients, and they were not deprived of their routine therapies. This study was approved by Ethics committee of Tabriz University of Medical Science ethical committee with reference number TBZMED.REC.1394.781 and has been registered in Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials by code IRCT201608171772N20. Patients signed a written informed consent form.
