: The four empirical studies used for the synthesis of implications were subjected to review by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority, including all protocols. All were approved (Nos. 2020-03468, 2019-02870, 2021-02256) except the Critical Incident Study, which did not fall under the Ethical Review Act for research involving humans and therefor received an Advisory Opinion (No. 2020-03123) from the authority. Still, for all four studies we followed the principles of the Helsinki Declaration and obtained informed consent from all participants. Involving non-academic partner representatives as co-researchers in a synthesis of implications based on original research findings does not fall under ethics legislation. Accordingly, ethics approval and consent to participate do not apply for the process described in the present paper. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
