: The informed written consent was obtained from the volunteers prior to the sample collection. The buccal swab samples were collected from Rehabilitation Centers of Sri Lanka with the approval of the NDDCB, Sri Lanka and the ERC of KIU, Sri Lanka. The ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of KIU (ERC/KIU/20/39). All the methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations in the declaration of Helsinki and confidentiality was assured.
