: Ethical clearance was first approved by the Institutional Review Board of Arbaminch University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences (ref. Number: IRB/387/14) and then a support letter was also written to Gamo and Gofa zone Hospitals for further cooperation. Informed consent was taken after explaining all the necessary information to the woman. The data collected was kept confidential. All methods were also carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations.
