: All protocols were approved by Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH IRB/AP/051/23) and site approval from Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH/R&D/SR/0014) to access the archived records for the study population. All methods were performed in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was not obtained from participants since data was retrieved from archived records but an informed consent waiver was approved by both institutions for the conduct of the study.
