: This study received ethical clearance from the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (<b>GHS-ERC: 048/12/17</b>), and permissions were obtained from Heads of Krachi-Nchumuru Community High School and the St. Theresa’s Vocational Institute to conduct the study. Parents/legal guardians consented on their wards behalf and wards also assented on their own to participate in the study. All the procedures and methods were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (The Declaration of Helsinki, Scotland Revision 2000).
