: Approval was secured from the relevant authorities at Sadara Chemical Company, situated in Jubail, Saudi Arabia as well as the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Damietta Faculty of Medicine (DFM-IRB 00012367-22-12-004). The study adhered to international ethical standards, following the Helsinki guidelines. Prior to the commencement of the study, participants were informed of its purpose and given the opportunity to opt in or out of participation. They were assured that all data collected would be used solely for research purposes, and their results would remain anonymous and confidential. Informed consent was obtained from all the employees before doing the physical assessment and pulmonary function test involved in the study.
