: The evaluation has undergone ethical review by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Reg. No. 2021–02243). Informed consent was obtained in writing prior to the interviews. Because of many of the participants’ young age written consent was obtained from all legal guardians. To maintain confidentiality data was anonymized using code names, securely stored within a fireproof cabinet, and access was restricted to authorized personnel only. Participants and their legal guardians were informed about the use and protection of their data.
