: Ethical approval was obtained from the Human Research Ethics Committee at the Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences (Code IR.MEDSAB.REC.1402.079). Given that the participants in the study were minors, after the objectives of the study and the manner in which the children would participate in the study were explained to the parents, written informed consent was obtained from their parents. The objectives of the parents’ participation and the manner in which they would participate in the study were also explained to the parents. Then, written informed consent was obtained from them. Confidentiality and anonymity were ensured.
