: This study was conducted as part of a PhD research project with the approval of the Commission on Bioethical Expertise and Research Ethics of the Bogomolets National Medical University. Since the study focused exclusively on bacterial strains, without the use of any human materials or patient-related information, the Commission exempted it from ethical review and waived the requirement for informed consent. All laboratory research methods were performed in accordance with current guidelines and regulatory requirements.
