Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at An-Najah National University (Ref: Med Oct. 2023/73), along with administrative approval from the hospital administration. As this was a retrospective study using anonymized patient records with no direct contact or intervention, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the IRB. This study was also conducted as part of an MD graduation project and is archived at the An-Najah National University repository.
