The written informed consent forms were obtained from all participants. The work was conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki. In the qualitative phase, the study objectives, the method of the interview, and the educators’ rights to withdraw from the study at any point were explained. The educators were assured of the confidentiality of the recorded data and obtained informed written consent from all educators.
