: The quantitative component of this study was based exclusively on anonymized secondary data from routine health information systems and therefore did not require ethics approval under national regulations. The qualitative component, involving semi-structured interviews with human participants, was reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences (Approval code: IR.AJUMS.REC.1401.043). Written informed consent to participate was obtained from all interview participants prior to data collection.
