: Samples were collected from a local abattoir and informed consent was obtained from the owners of the animals involved in this study. All experimental protocols were in accordance to the ethical principles and the national norms and standards for conducting Medical Research in Iran. This study was approved by the ethical standards (IR.SBMU.RIGLD.REC.1402.010) released by the Ethical Review Committees of Research Institute for Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran.
