: All clinical specimens were obtained as part of routine diagnostic procedures without additional sampling. The study protocol (IR.SBMU.MSP.REC.1403.310) received ethical approval from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants following detailed verbal explanations of the study objectives and procedures. All patient data were fully anonymized, and the ethical approval included a waiver for the use of bacterial isolates in this study.
