: An ethical clearance letter was acquired from Madda Walabu University’s institutional review board. Before the interview began, respondents were told about the purpose of the data collection as well as the study’s key components. This increased their level of awareness. Before each interview, the patients supplied proper written informed consent. Two trained male nurses interviewed each of them individually in a quiet, secluded area. Every piece of information collected for the study was kept private and used solely for that purpose. Throughout the inquiry, the respondents’ names were kept completely confidential. Every technique was applied in accordance with Helsinki declaration.
