: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shijonawate Gakuen University (approval code: 24 − 20) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants were healthy adults with no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders, including epilepsy, and gave written informed consent after a full explanation of the study procedures. Random assignment to the real or sham tSMS group was performed using a computer-generated randomization schedule.
