: This study evaluated an educational assessment process involving the generation and expert review of AI-generated multiple-choice questions. The study did not involve patients, students, living organisms, or the collection of personal or identifiable human data. In accordance with the policies of the Institutional Review Board of the University of Jordan, research activities that evaluate academic or educational strategies, teaching or assessment methods, or institutional educational practices, and that do not involve identifiable individual data, are classified as ethically exempt and do not require formal IRB approval.
