: The survey data used in this study were collected by Statistics Norway (SSB) and all participants provided informed consent prior to participation. The current study was evaluated and approved by the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT, reference number 1824), which assessed the ethical and legal aspects of the research, including data protection, privacy, and informed consent procedures. In Norway, SIKT serves as the designated body for assessing research ethics and data protection compliance for studies that fall outside the scope of the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK). Statistics Norway also independently assessed and approved the use of the data for this study.
