: All the animal procedures were approved by IACUC committee at TIPR, according to Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Research Council of the USA, 1996) and related ethical regulations of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. The protocols were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Laboratory Animals at the Institute of Laboratory Animal Resources of Tianjin (Tianjin, China) (2023110301). The maximal tumor size allowed by the Ethics Committee is 2cm3 and the maximal tumor size was not exceeded. We confirm that the study is reported in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines. After the completion of the experiment, the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation under anesthesia.
