: Information regarding the collection of individual data, with the aim of performing research on routine care, was provided to the patients. This research is an ancillary study of the MEMORA cohort. This ancillary study, conducted in routine care, was considered noninterventional by the local ethics committee CPP Lyon Sud-Est IV (<i>Comité de Protection des Personnes</i> [Committee for the Protection of People]). No signed consent to participate was required, but patients may refuse the use of their data for research purpose.
