: This study utilizes publicly available datasets obtained through appropriate　agreements or public data portals, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines. The proteomic data used in this study were accessed from the AD Knowledge Portal () under the terms of the data use agreement. These datasets were collected with the informed consent of participants and ethical approval from the original study institutions, including ROSMAP cohort studies. Additionally, neuropathological and single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) datasets used in this study were obtained from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and NIAGADS (), where all samples were collected following approved institutional protocols, with participants providing informed consent for research and data sharing. For data requiring restricted access, the necessary approvals and permissions were obtained from the respective data providers.
