: This study was approved by the Commission Cantonale d’Ethique de la Recherche sur l’être humain (CER-VD, canton of Vaud, Switzerland), with the Project-ID 2018-00599 (Emergence of neurocognitive alterations and brain function in ASD and ASD risk factors). Parents and/or legal guardians of the TD and 16p11.2 deletion cohorts gave informed consent. The local Ethics committee authorized analysis of retrospective data collected on clinical patients (ASD cohort) in the clinic.
