: This study was designed as a prospective study. The aim of this study was to evaluate the application of four-dimensional flow MRI in identifying high-risk EV for patients with liver cirrhosis. Data collection, participant enrollment, and examination procedures were conducted in accordance with a predefined protocol to ensure consistency and minimize bias.
