We conducted our study in strict accordance with the fundamental principles of the Declaration of Helsinki on research involving human subjects. Patients and their parents or guardians for minors were informed about the various aspects the study, the objective and the benefit. Their signed informed consent was obtained. Data were collected in a confidential manner. Patient’s anonymity was ensured during data handling. Our study presented no risk to the participants. As this was a case series report, ethical clearance was not applicable.
