Ethical approval for the publication of this case report was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Ternopil National Medical University (protocol no. 80, 10 January 2025). The patient was treated as part of routine clinical care, and ethics approval was sought retrospectively for the use of clinical data and images for scientific publication.
