The patients or their legal representatives provided informed consent to participate in the study titled “Immune response against SARS-CoV-2 and its association with mortality, organ dysfunction, and post-COVID syndrome; characterization of immunity status; and genomic surveillance of viral variants.” This study involves a cohort of patients who were hospitalized in the metropolitan area of the Aburrá Valley, Medellín, Colombia, between 2021 and 2023.
