: This study was conducted on selected patients with head and neck cancer, with approval granted by the Tehran University of Medical Sciences Ethics Committee and adhered to relevant guidelines and regulations. All methods were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki []. Enrolled patient were informed about the study’s purpose and procedures. After obtaining their written informed consent, as per the ethics committee requirements at the participating institutions, the study commenced.
