: The study was conducted according to the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Xiamen University Zhongshan Hospital Medical Ethics Council for Researchers (approval no. xmzsyyky2021-130). Patient 1 provided informed consent to publish their case details and any accompanying images. At the time of writing the case report, patient 2 had already passed away. Written consent for the publication of the case details was provided by the patient’s wife, who provided permission on behalf of the deceased after the patient’s wife was fully informed of the nature of the case report and the intention to publish the findings.
