Ethics approval and consent to participate: At our institution, the publication of individual case reports is considered part of routine academic and clinical practice and does not require prior approval from the ethics committee, provided that the report does not involve experimental interventions, compromise patient confidentiality, or pose any risk to the patient’s rights and welfare. Therefore, ethical approval was not required for this study. Nevertheless, to ensure adherence to ethical standards and to respect the patient’s autonomy and privacy, written informed consent was obtained directly from the patient for the publication of this case, including the use of clinical data and relevant images.
